- Use targeted teaching strategies: embedded instruction, prompting and fading, peer-mediated supports, and assistive/AAC tools.
- Address challenging behavior through Pyramid Model–aligned, positive behavior supports and individualized interventions.
- Monitor progress with simple data tools to adjust instruction and document growth.
- Partner with families using culturally responsive, family-centered practices and smooth transition plans.
