Strengthening Your Leadership Team for Program-Wide Implementation

Participants will identify 7 essential elements needed to implement and sustain Pyramid Model practices program-wide, including:

• Program leadership team
• Educator buy-in
• Professional learning and staff support
• Program-wide expectations
• Inclusive policy
• Family engagement
• Responding to child-specific needs

Participants will look at the process of creating a goal and action plan that they can complete after completing the course.
